The position is responsible for purchasing and inventory management duties which include establishing policies and procedures. This position is responsible to source, identify, and set up vendors and contractors for both equipment as well as services. You will be in charge of key commodities involved in the production of the subsea equipment. You must have a proven track record using innovative approaches to Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate must be able to travel internationally.
Other key requirements include:
- an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related field;
- 10 years responsibility in Procurement or Supply Chain Management;
- strong negotiation / communication skills;
- strong computer skills using an ERP system and Microsoft applications; and
- broad knowledge contract language of terms and conditions
